Experience the benefits

Clients working with Fiona Abram Counselling often experience the profound benefit of feeling fully seen, heard, and supported. This leads to a better understanding of self, facilitating healing and authentic movement forward.

Walk and talk therapy

Sessions are conducted on forested trails in Nanaimo, Cedar and Yellow Point, supporting grounding in nature and promoting mental and physical well-being.

Some benefits of walk and talk therapy include grounding in the calming setting of the forest, less intense eye contact, and motion to facilitate moving through energy and emotions.

* An initial appointment at my Nanaimo location, or virtually is needed before a Walk and Talk Therapy appointment, this is so we can review confidentiality ahead of time *
