In-person counselling
I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My Nanaimo location is cozy and tranquil, in downtown Nanaimo on Wallace street. Or experience the calming presence of the ocean during your counselling sessions in my Yellow Point (Ladysmith) location, located at the oceanfront Sea Glass Yoga Studio in Yellow Point, BC.
Walk and talk therapy
Combine the benefits of therapy with the healing power of nature. Walk and talk sessions are available on trails in Nanaimo, Yellow Point and Cedar, offering a unique and refreshing approach to counselling.
Virtual counselling
